  • 5 = Very Strong. Outstanding.
  • 4 = Strong. More than acceptable.
  • 3 = Acceptable. Adequate. Meets requirements.
  • 2 = Somewhat weak. Less than acceptable.
  • 1 = Very Weak. Poor

  • Average or acceptable scores 3.
